Job brief
The Free Independent Travelers (FIT) Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution of rooms within the FIT (Free Independent Traveler) segment. This position focuses on transient leisure and business travelers booking through direct channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), wholesalers, and other individual booking sources.
The role works closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop revenue strategies that support occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and overall market competitiveness.
